01. Is my payment secure?
On Runntex Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security. We only use protected connections, as demonstrated by the « https » URL prefix and the lock symbol that appears in the browser’s address bar. To safeguard your credit card purchases, you will always be asked to enter your CVV code for every order. Our Payments department may carry out anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and for greater protection, they may contact you for further details before confirming the order.
02. What payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Carte Bleue, E-Carte Bleue, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron) and PayPal.
03. How long will it take to my order to arrive?
Shipments usually take 1-5 business days to arrive. Please note, time may vary due to weather, customs, or any unforseen variables.

04. What courier providers do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx.
05. Can I use a PO Box for my delivery address?
No, we do not ship to PO boxes.
07. Can multiple orders be combined?
Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.
09. Has my order been shipped?
If you are purchasing product from a made to order collection, please refer to shipment specifications on the particular product’s details.

If you are purchasing product that is currently in stock, please expect it to be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless it is purchased along with a product from a made to order collection.

In that case, when the made to order products are ready, the products will be shipped altogether.
10. Can I pick up an order or drop off a return from your Paris location?
At this time, we are unable to accept any direct pick-ups or drop-offs.
11. I just placed an order, can I cancel it?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once your order has been submitted.
12. Will I be charged duties and taxes?
Runntex takes care of all import fees, customs, duties, and other taxes at checkout, so you won't be charged any additional fees by your country.
Exchange And Return
01. How do I return or exchange a product?
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (28 days if order placed in December). To start a return please send an email to [email protected] with the following information.

1. Your name and address (or order number.)

2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (wrong size, not as pictured, etc.). The product(s) must be brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. If an item is defective, include a description and photos of the defect.

3. Please kindly allow our Customer Support team up to 48 hours to respond.

4. Once you have received your return label, please ship the order back to us within 3 working days for your return to be authorised.

If the product was purchased from a retailer, kindly contact the retailer directly for support.
02. Will I have to pay for return shipping?
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.
03. When will I receive my store credit?
Once returned items are received, we can either issue store credit for you within 2-3 business days or refund your payment within about 15 days.
Products
01. How do I know what size I am?
For running shorts, to best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in

Our clothes are all true to size. If you are not sure about which size to choose, please feel free to contact us.
02. How do I detach the label on the garments?
Our labels are designed to be partially removable, leaving the top laminated edge as a brand "logo" on our garments. To remove the bottom detachable portion of the label simply pull gently along the perforated edge. Do not attempt to remove laminated portion of label as this will damage the garment.
03. Can you hold products for me?
Due to limited quantities we are not able to hold products.
04. Where else can I find Runntex products?
At this time all Runntex products are sold exclusively on our webshop and at select retailers. You can view our stockists here.
